Running a fleet company or a bigger fleet? Take a look at FleetPilot 2.0
Your day-to-day
You're the driver, the boss and the bookkeeper all at once. Every platform pays you its own way, the MOT slips by unnoticed and the fine turns up when you no longer know who had the car. FleetPilot Autónomos pulls it all together and makes it add up.
Uber, Bolt, Cabify and FREENOW pay out with different formats, commissions and schedules. How much did you really make this week?
All your takings in one place, with what each platform owes you.
If you run a taxi, fares come in three different ways, and each one keeps its own tally.
All in the same register, under whoever was driving.
Diesel, charging, car washes, tolls, the garage: bits of paper that go missing and that your accountant wants at the end of the quarter.
Snap the receipt and the expense goes to its car.
MOT, insurance, licence, your drivers' permits… Something is always about to expire, and you find out too late.
Early warnings, car by car and driver by driver.
It turns up weeks later and you have 20 days to say who was driving. If you don't, it doubles or triples.
The proposed driver, with the evidence and the clock running.
Working out each driver's collective-agreement bonus from a spreadsheet and screenshots of the apps.
The payslip with the bonus, worked out from each driver's own trips.
What you get
The essentials of FleetPilot 2.0, the application fleet management companies work with, for those who own up to three cars. You, in the office or on your phone; your drivers, in My shift.
In My business you see every car and every month: takings from all the platforms and the taxi, the costs —fuel, drivers, insurance, garage, leasing and expenses— and what's left. Trips come in through the API or each platform's report and are attributed automatically to whoever was driving.
Every car with its VTC licence or taxi licence, MOT, insurance and, for a taxi, the taximeter with its annual verification. FleetPilot Autónomos warns you in good time about anything expiring and won't let you assign a car without a valid MOT or insurance.
Each salaried driver's payslip, with the collective-agreement bonus worked out from their own trips and ready for your payroll adviser. Their clock-ins go into a record nobody can tamper with, and their permits and certificates are flagged before they expire.
Every fine comes in with the proposed driver —whoever was on a trip at that time or had the car— and the 20 days to identify them counting down. And the compliance checklist tells you what's missing for each car and each driver, with the rule that requires it.
No branches, no in-house workshop and no key cabinet: with three cars you don't need them. If your business grows, FleetPilot 2.0 has them.
If you drive
Many owner-operators drive one of their cars, or the only one they have. When you drive, FleetPilot Autónomos treats you like any other driver: it assigns you the car, attributes your trips, your refuelling and your fines to you, and in My shift you see your day on your phone. No payslip and no working-time record, because you're nobody's employee.
In the demo, Tomás drives one of his two cars and Khalid the only one he has: sign in as Tomás.
The 13:20 refuelling is yours: it goes to whoever had the car. And your trips don't count towards anyone's payslip.
The 23:40 fine is proposed for him, with the evidence, and his bonus comes only from his own trips.
My shift
If you have salaried drivers, each one clocks in, checks the car and sees what they've done so far and their payslip on their phone, with no app store needed. Each driver sees only their own data; you see everything.
In the demo, David drives for María: sign in as David, ideally on your phone.
With a link or a QR code, no paperwork.
ID card and driving licence, both sides, with the camera.
Each detail next to the image of its document, or you ask for a correction.
On the SEPE template with both e-signatures. Until they're hired: no car, no cards, no clocking in.
Compliance and regulation
Every rule is checked against the official texts (BOE, BOCM and government websites) and enforced by the database: a car without a valid MOT or insurance can't be assigned, a clock-in can't be edited and an issued invoice can only be corrected with another. FleetPilot Autónomos helps you comply and keeps the record; you and your advisers remain responsible.
An assigned car, two-yearly renewal, up to 9 seats, at least 4.60 m long (except alternative-fuel cars) and no more than 10 years old; for a taxi, the licence with its car, no more than 10 years old.
ROTT art. 181 · LOTT art. 99 · Decreto 74/2005Taxi: yearly MOT, every six months once the car is five years old, and the taximeter's annual verification. VTC: the next MOT date shown on the car's inspection card.
RD 920/2017 · Decreto 74/2005 art. 27Proposed driver with the evidence and the deadline in view: failing to identify doubles or triples the fine. And early payment, with a 50% discount within those same 20 days.
RDLeg 6/2015 arts. 11, 93 y 94Chained clock-ins nobody can tamper with, corrections with a reason and four years of records. Not yours, though: if you drive, you're not an employee.
ET art. 34.9 · RD 1561/1995Each invoice carries the previous one's hash and an issued invoice can only be corrected. VeriFactu becomes mandatory for the self-employed on 1 July 2027, and submission to the tax agency is already prepared.
RD 1007/2023 · VeriFactuThe Madrid VTC driver permit, valid for five years; the sex-offence certificate, of which only the date is kept; and the bonus as the collective agreement's productivity scheme.
Decreto 5/2024 · LO 1/1996 · Convenio VTC art. 26Integrations
Trips, refuelling and bank transactions come in through each service's connection or from its export file. In the demo, every integration is simulated with each API's real shape; those with public documentation have the live connection ready, pending validation with your credentials.
Brands and logos belong to their owners and only show what FleetPilot integrates with; in the demo, every integration is simulated.
Live connection readyTo be developed with the provider
Live credentials go in Settings → Integrations and are stored encrypted; government services use your electronic certificate. In the public demo everything runs in simulated mode.
AI assistant
Connect FleetPilot Autónomos to Claude (claude.ai, desktop, mobile or Claude Code) and ask the way you talk: what each car left you, what expires this month, who had the car when the fine came in or which driver has unbanked cash. If you ask, it can also make changes, under the same rules as the application.

FAQ
It's the edition of FleetPilot 2.0 for self-employed VTC or taxi operators with up to 3 cars who own their cars and hold their licences. One web application covers Uber, Bolt, Cabify, FREENOW or taxi takings attributed to whoever was driving, what each car brings in, costs and leaves you in My business, expiry alerts, fines with the identification deadline, payroll with the collective-agreement bonus and working-time records for salaried drivers, expenses, fuel cards and cash, claims and insurance, compliance, chained invoices and the Claude connector. Your drivers use My shift on their phones. It is designed and developed by City Scape Ventures S.L..
Up to 3 cars in service, all yours: you're their only owner, with your VTC licences or your taxi licence. As many salaried drivers as you need and a single location, with no branches. If a car is retired, it frees up its place for another.
Then you're also one of your drivers: the car is assigned to you and your trips, refuelling, journeys and fines are attributed to you, like anyone else's, and in My shift you see your day on your phone. As you're nobody's employee, you have no payslip, no bonus and no working-time record. If you share the car with a salaried driver (you by day and them by night, for example), each trip goes to whoever was driving and their bonus comes only from their own trips.
Yes. It tracks the taxi licence, the taximeter with its annual verification and the six-monthly MOT once the car is five years old, and brings street hails, radio fares and apps such as FREENOW together in the same register, attributed to whoever was driving. In the demo, Rosa Delgado runs a two-shift taxi in Madrid.
You move up to FleetPilot 2.0, the edition for fleet management companies and bigger fleets, keeping your data: your cars, your drivers, their contracts and working time, your takings, your payroll and your invoices. There you also get branches, an in-house workshop, a key cabinet, several owners with their statements and roles for a whole office. Let us know at info@fleetpilot.app.
In the FleetPilot cloud, in a database where your account is kept apart from every other owner-operator's: nobody from another account can see anything of yours, and the database itself enforces it, also when you ask Claude. Your drivers only see their own data in My shift, location is only taken during working hours and sensitive data such as the sex-offence certificate is kept to the minimum: for that certificate, only its date.
FleetPilot Autónomos doesn't replace them: it hands them the work already done. It calculates each salaried driver's payslip with the collective-agreement bonus and exports it for your payroll adviser, who produces the official payslip and social security filings; it keeps your expenses with their receipts and your chained invoices in order for your taxes; and it holds the working-time records the labour inspectorate may ask for. If you like, your adviser can have their own login.
No. It runs in the cloud, from your computer's, tablet's or phone's browser, and signing up takes minutes. Your drivers open My shift on their phone with no app store needed and can add it to their home screen as «FleetPilot Conductor».
With Uber, Bolt, Cabify and FREENOW, taxi radio networks and street hails; with fuel and charging cards (Moeve, Shell, Solred, Galp), Via-T, Tesla and Smartcar; with the DGT, the tax agency (VeriFactu) and the VTC services register; with banking (Tink, GoCardless) and e-signature (Signaturit, DocuSign). In the demo, every integration is simulated with each API's real shape; those with public documentation have the live connection ready, pending validation with your credentials, and for the rest their export file is imported.
What only a large fleet needs: branches, an in-house workshop with its terminal and spare parts store, a key cabinet and statements for several owners. With three cars you don't need them; if you ever do, they're in FleetPilot 2.0.
Yes, with no sign-up: the demo has four sample owner-operators —María Ortega (VTC in Madrid, 3 cars and 5 drivers), Tomás Rey (VTC, 2 cars, drives one himself), Rosa Delgado (taxi in Madrid, she drives by day and a salaried driver by night) and Khalid Benali (VTC in Málaga, 1 car he drives himself)— plus David, María's driver, in My shift. And "Create your account" really works, free of charge: the trial account is deleted every morning at 07:00 (Spain time). All data is fictitious and the integrations are simulated.
